Conference Facilities & Seminar Room
Opened in 2010, the Seminar Room at Oasis is a light and modern venue for your seminars, meetings and training sessions. It includes the very latest training and conference facilities including:
- Twin medical grade projectors
- Interactive whiteboard
- Ceiling mounted speakers
- Radio microphones
- Air conditioning
- Electric blackout roller blinds
- Comfort seating and modern furniture
- Break-out area with chairs/tables and vending for light refreshments
The Seminar Room can comfortably accomodate up to 60 delegates in a variety of seating layouts - please download a copy of our leaflet for some example room layouts.
The Seminar Room is available at an hourly rate which is inclusive of all furniture and use of audio visual equipment. Discounts are available for repeat bookings - we also provide a delegate rate.
We can source fresh, deli prepared food and drink refreshments at additional cost.
